Tender Description
Flinders Shire Council seeks quotes from a suitably qualified contractor to develop the Hughenden Event Precinct Development Plan.
The Event Precinct includes the areas consisting of the Hughenden Showgrounds and Sports Grounds, Hughenden Recreational Lake and Hughenden Main Street (Brodie St), and Diggers Entertainment Centre.
The plan is to outline infrastructure improvements to facilities within the precinct, in addition to outlining the supporting social infrastructure required to assist the ongoing growth and development of events within the Hughenden Community.
Scope of works to include:
• Undertake comprehensive engagement with the Council and community (including user groups of the facilities, sporting clubs and groups, and general community members)
• Development of a plan which consists of a clear action plan, maps, and drawings of required infrastructure
• Supply of well-designed digital copy of finalised plans (in word format) in line with Council branding guidelines, and reporting template
