Tenders are invited for landscape maintenance and associated services across three (3) Separable Portions which cover two zones in the Sunshine Coast Council region.

Respondents are advised that the contract for Landscape Maintenance Services (Contract Number ITT204) consists of 24 Separable Portions. This Tender is being undertaken for Separable Portions B, D, and X only, as detailed below. The remaining Separable Portions are currently under Contract.

This is a Separable Portions contract, consisting of the following:

• Separable Portion B - Open Space Landscape Maintenance – Zone 1B
• Separable Portion D - Open Space Landscape Maintenance – Zone 3
• Separable Portion X - Ad Hoc / Emergency / Overflow register of Contractors for Street Tree Planting and Maintenance
