Water and Wastewater Treatment Maintenance Services

 Council is seeking a Panel of Prequalified Suppliers (Panel) to provide water and wastewater maintenance services including labour, materials, parts, equipment, and supervision to carry out the following works on all of its water treatment plants (WTP), wastewater treatment plants (WWTP), water pump stations, sewer pump stations and associated network infrastructure.

1. Installation, setup, commissioning and troubleshooting of instrumentation equipment (flowmeters, turbidity meters, flow switches, chlorine analysers, dissolved oxygen probes, level instruments, etc.)

2. Installation and repair of mechanical assets such as valves, actuators, pumps, compressors, and pipes, including minor welding works.

3. Installation and repair of civil assets such as dams, water and wastewater tanks including concrete repair and fencing.

4. Installation, setup, commissioning, troubleshooting and/or replacement specialist treatment equipment (e.g., filter media, aerators, diffusers, chemical delivery systems)

5. Provide support for water and wastewater network planned and reactive maintenance activities (reactive maintenance activities such as mains break, meter leak, valve or hydrant leak, sewer overflow etc.)

This includes after-hours and on-call support.
