Lyne Park Playground Renewal and Activity Trail Construction – Expression of Interest (EOI)

 Council is seeking expressions of interest (EOI) from suitably qualified and experienced civil landscape contractors to complete the proposed Lyne Park Playground Renewal and Activity Trail Construction.

This project is funded by Woollahra Council and co-funded by NSW Department of Planning & Environment’s Places to Play and NSW Metropolitan Greenspace Program.

The EOI forms the first part of a two-stage selective tender process for the Project; and following the evaluation of Proponents, Council may, at its sole discretion, request shortlisted Proponents to submit a Request for Tender.
