Tender Description

⁠⁠⁠From suitably qualified builders for the construction and refurbishment new facilities.

The proposed new facility consists of:

  • Extension of existing General Learning Facilities to include 3 new classrooms and learning support.
  • Extension and refurbishment of existing resource centre
  • New lift and associated landscape and play facilities.
  • New carpark and drop off with associated landscape facilities.


    • The construction will require working on a live school site, with integration into the existing buildings and site services.

    Tender will be invited in early / mid April 2023 for construction to be commencing mid June 2023.

    Please provide a summary of previous relevant experience, work in progress, value of projects and ability to meet construction deadlines.
