Tender Description
The City of Melville (Client) is seeking to engage a suitably qualified and experienced Consultant to provide Superintendent Services for the design and construction of the Point Walter Mountain Bike Trail Project.
The Project's design and construction budget is estimated at $1.2m; inclusive of design documentation, approvals and fees. Detailed design has commenced, and the desire is to build the facility by the end of May 2024.
The design and construction contract has been awarded to Common Ground Trails Pty Ltd who have provided a 12-month delivery program. They will be required to provide all labour, plant, machinery, materials, intellectual property, supervision, and research; and pay all fees and charges and other disbursements necessary to carry out the design and construction services required under the proposed contract.
