⁠⁠⁠Who is this for?

Tasmanian organisations.

Overview

This program will appoint up to 4 organisations to provide personalised support to small businesses in the 4 district regions of Tasmania. They will support businesses to develop leading work practices that support them to attract and retain a workforce by working towards being an employer of choice.

The advisory services will support small businesses with expert and tailored advice on:

  • managing staff mental health and wellbeing
  • workforce planning, attraction and retention strategies
  • staff engagement, culture and change management
  • creating workplaces that support diversity.


    • Services will be delivered in the 4 following regions

  • east (Dorset, Break O'day, Glamorgan Spring Bay, Sorell, Tasman)
  • west, north-west (West Coast, Ulverstone, King Island, Burnie, Devonport, Central Coast, Wynyard, Circular Head, Latrobe, Kentish)
  • north (George Town Flinders, West Tamar, Northern Midlands, Launceston, Meander Valley)
  • south (Hobart, Glenorchy, Kingborough, Clarence, Brighton, Derwent Valley, Central Highlands, Southern Midlands, Huon Valley).
