Tender Description
Safer Care Victoria’s cardiovascular diseases program commenced a suite of projects in 2021, funded by both state and Commonwealth government, to improve access and outcomes for Victorians with cardiovascular disease. Ranging from single site pilots to state-wide collaborations, these five projects are focusing on two distinct yet equally important outcomes: reducing avoidable acute care admissions and improving access to cardiovascular care for regional and rural Victorians.
