Tender Description

⁠⁠⁠This contract is situated off Mamaku Street, Taupo and is for the installation of services and roads for the development of the land block for commercial purposes.

The proposed development will include the construction of 3 commercial sections with all necessary infrastructure. Consent has been granted for the development by Taupo District Council for the proposed works including earthworks, roading and services.

This contract is to include the construction of internal roadways, footpaths, concrete vehicle crossings, wastewater and stormwater drainage, water supply, streetlights and utilities to meet the TDC urban road standards.
