Tender Description
Lake Mac is seeking a suitable community organisation to lease the Bonnells Bay Youth and Community Centre, located at 275 Fishery Point Road, Bonnells Bay.
The facility is located adjacent to a public reserve with netball/basketball courts, a playground and skate park and provides a space suitable for organisations to hold youth and community activities, meetings and functions. The centre has a licence capacity for 90 in the main hall and 15 in the activity room, including a fully equipped kitchen, shaded covered area, car park and disabled access.
Council will be hosting an inspection of the facility for interested parties at 10am, Wednesday 29 March 2023. Should you wish to book an inspection please email council@lakemac.nsw.gov.au or call 02 4921 0333.
Expressions of interest should demonstrate the assessment criteria including:
- How will your organisation provide benefit to the Bonnells Bay community?
- How will your organisation manage the facility?
- How will your organisation work with other stakeholders to deliver services for the Bonnells Bay community?
