Tender Description
Gladstone Regional Council is inviting Expressions of interest to lease a 2.51 hectare land parcel at 48 Park St. Lot 1 CP867607 is a Queensland Government owned Crown reserve with Council as trustee. The reserve has a designated "health" purpose and the EOIs should focus on proposals that meet this objective. The EOI period will run from Monday 6 March to Monday 3 April.
