Tender Description
The John Oxley sportsground is located on 322 Darjeeling Rd, opposite Betts Transportation Pty LTD, about 2.6km NW of Walcha’s CBD. Darjeeling Road is West off the Thunderbolts Way heading towards Uralla approx. 2.5km form the CBD. These facilities already have amenities, including male and female changerooms.
Sports undertaken at the John Oxley Sportsground include cricket, soccer, rugby union, touch football, athletics, rugby league training, fitness groups and casual running and fitness.
Key deliverable:
- Newly built disabled amenities incl. access
- Removal and replacement of all ceilings (asbestos)
- Removal and replacement of all floor tiles
- External beautification of the building
