Tender Description
Randwick City Council is intending to upgrade the existing play space at Grant Reserve, also known as Stan Windon Memorial Playground in Coogee. This brief is for the purpose of procuring the professional consultancy services associated with the design, community consultation, approvals and tender documentation of an entire playground upgrade.
The scope of works includes but is not limited to the design and documentation of new play equipment, new soft fall (including fall zones and certification), new fixtures and furniture, hard and soft landscaping, demolition, excavation and any other miscellaneous works to completion. The playground design is to meet the ‘Everyone Can Play’ guidelines - Home | Everyone Can Play (nsw.gov.au).
