Tender Description
Cairns Regional Council is seeking services for the construction of a new Community Hall at Trinity Beach to provide the community with a facility that meets the functional requirements of a contemporary community activity space. The project objective is to serve the local community groups with a facility that can hold safe and enjoyable activities and programs. The demolition of the existing facility is a part of this project's scope. Council advises that a Development Application is not required.
