The Northern Territory Government (NTG) is seeking Expressions of Interest (EOI) from suitably qualified and accredited proponents who have the necessary experience and capacity to plan, establish and manage a 60 bed Residential Aged Care facility in the Greater Darwin area.
This EOI will seek information from the potential suppliers regarding their previous experience, financial capacity and capability, high level staffing strategies and high level service delivery proposals.
The Department will consider offers for the establishment of a new residential care facility or for the increase of capacity at one or more existing facilities. NTG will also consider supporting the project through allocation of Crown land near the Palmerston Hospital precinct.
