Tender Description
The services will consist of:
i) The Principal hosts a number of civic functions throughout the year and has regular City workshops and City related meetings.
ii) This quotation covers B) platter-style catering for meetings.
iii) The intention of this RFQ is to enter into a service contract until 30 September 2023. This will bring all catering contracts into alignment and new ones created.
Platters are required from time to time for meetings i.e. up to 75 people. These generally consist of sandwiches, party pies and sausage rolls, muffins, mini cakes, cheese, crackers and fruit and are required on the day. Pricing will be requested on both smaller meetings (up to 25 people) and larger meetings (26-75 people).
