Tender Description
Penrith City Council requires an agency with the relevant skills, experience, and values alignment to develop an attitudinal change campaign.
The campaign will empower people with visible and invisible disability, inspire them to reach their full potential and encourage them to pursue their dreams. The campaign will also raise awareness about the value of people with disabilities contributing to the community.
