Tender Description
Lockyer Valley Regional Council (LVRC) is currently undertaking a market sounding exercise to ascertain the market appetite and availability of suitably qualified construction companies, who have a local presence and are experienced in providing commercial building construction services.
Lockyer Valley Regional Council has been successful with obtaining a grant to construct a new Community Hall at Lockyer Waters. The old community hall is currently being arranged to be removed and a concept for a new hall has been developed and we are now organising a construction set of drawings. This project must be finished by March 2024 due to grant funding guidelines.
