Electric Vehicle Chargers Supply / Install / Maintain / Manage

⁠⁠⁠ABOUT THE COUNCIL: Ku-ring-gai Council is a Local Government Area in the North Shore region of Sydney. It includes the suburbs of Gordon, Pymble, Lindfield, Killara, St Ives, Roseville, Warrawee, Turramurra and parts of Wahroonga.

ABOUT THE TENDER: Council needs to engage a suitable contractor to supply and install seven (7) electric vehicle charge points over four (4) locations including supply and installation of a Powerlite Solar shade at two (2) of the locations.
Council is also seeking to engage a suitable contractor to maintain and manage seven (7) electric vehicle charge points at the above four (4) locations and a further five (5) to fifteen (15) electric vehicle charge points at an additional location

This will include but not limited to the following:

• Preliminaries
• Supply, installation and commissioning of seven (7) electric charge points including electrical conduit installation and associated electrical connections of the seven (7) electric vehicle chargers
• Installation of two (2) Powerlite Solar shades
• Minor civil and landscaping works
• Line marking
• Maintenance and management of twelve (12) and up to twenty two (22) electric vehicle charge points as above

CONTRACT TERM:

KFAC, NTRA, Turramurra Library, Council Chambers & Admin - Maintenance of Charging Points to be installed is to be undertaken 12 months after the Defects Liability period.
KFAC, NTRA, Turramurra Library, Council Chambers & Admin - Management of Charging Points to be installed at KFAC, NTRA, Turramurra Library, Council Chambers & Admin is to be undertaken 24 Months form Practical completion
Lindfield Village Green - Maintenance and Management of 5 to 15 existing charging points to be undertaken 24 months from Practical completion of the Charging Points to be installed at KFAC, NTRA, Turramurra Library, Council Chambers & Admin.
Further options for contract extensions are 1 year plus 3 year.
Maximum overall period of contract is five years for Maintenance and Management.
