Shellharbour City Council invites submissions for the provision of Investment Advisory Services.

Council currently manages a portfolio of approximately $140 Million invested in term deposits, floating rate notes and other instruments. Local Government regulatory authorities have significantly limited Council's ability to invest in certain products (as outlined by the Ministerial Investment Order), which has reduced the scope of required independent investment advice.

However, investment advisory services are still considered relevant and Council requires assistance in the annual review of its investment policy, continual monitoring and review of its investment strategy, monthly provision of fair value of investments, advice and assessment on various investment products and offers available to Council, settlement of investments and specific monthly reporting on current holdings.
