Tender Description
City of Gold Coast Council’s Tourist Parks Branch will deliver major upgrades to seven existing tourist parks over the next eight years. These works will be led by Asset Custodian Representatives within the Tourist Parks team.
The Principal has not yet decided on a construction delivery model, however will consider either a design then construct delivery model or a design and construct delivery model for each project.
It is important that suppliers register their interest in these projects through this market sounding to ensure this interest is considered in the strategy.
