Direct addresses mailout to residents regarding a flood study
- 1 page cover letter on Council’s letter head, single sided printing, colour, A4. Data merged with address block from spreadsheet.
- 2 pages factsheet – to be printed in colour, double sided printing, A4.
- 90gsm bond paper stock
- Word documents and addresses in Excel will be supplied once they are finalised.
- All are to be folded and posted using business size envelope.
- Total number of envelopes with letter and factsheet to mail = 7,847.
- draft and final artwork attached for reference
- postal date 6th April to match with public exhibition
