Fiji Program Support Facility - Review and Revision of Community Health Worker Training in Fiji

⁠⁠⁠Tetra Tech International Development International Pty Ltd is seeking service providers and/or professional trainers to work with public health staff of MHMS and other stakeholders to review and revise the community health worker (CHW) training program, including the curriculum, core competencies and delivery modality.

The objective of this EOI is for the service provider to support MHMS to review, develop, document, and implement a more consolidated and structured training approach for CHWs. This will examine the role of CHWs and existing training materials and provide a pathway to equip CHWs with the skills, knowledge and tools they need to be effective agents for community organisation and social mobilisation on health, gender and inclusion issues.

Services to be provided will include:

·         Review and revise Fiji’s CHW training program

·         List the essential equipment and materials for CHWs

·         Streamline and update the reporting for CHWs
