ABOUT THE DIOCESE of Maitland-Newcastle: The Diocese of Maitland-Newcastle represents the Catholic Church in a region extending from Lake Macquarie to Taree and as far inland as Merriwa and Murrurundi. A diocese is simply a community of Christ's faithful - it represents a portion of the people of God in a particular area, which is entrusted to a bishop.
ABOUT THE EOI: The Catholic Diocese of Maitland Newcastle (CDMN) invites Respondents to submit an Expression of Interest (EOI) for the refurbishment and construction of an Early Education Centre (EEC) at 236 Pacific Highway Swansea. The Project includes the separation and extension of the property into an EEC as well as the refurbishment of the front office spaces.
The EEC will include an extension to the rear of the building, lift, fire compartments and controls as well as internal and external play areas.
In participating in the EOI process and in submitting an EOI, the Respondent agrees to be bound by this EOI.
CLOSING DATE AND TIME: EOI submissions close at 3:00pm AEST on Friday 24th March 2022, submissions must be fully received by this time. The Diocese of Maitland-Newcastle is not bound to accept any submission or all or any part of an EOI submission and reserves the right to conduct the Expression of Interest process and select the successful respondent(s) as it sees fit.
