Tender Description
Mount Barker District Council (the Council) invites Tenders for the provision of Early Contractor Involvement Services (the Services) relating to the construction of new wastewater collection network infrastructure to service Mount Barker, Littlehampton and Nairne’s growth areas and for the upgrading of sections of the existing network to ensure an acceptable level of service to Council’s existing and new wastewater customers.
The Council will enter into a Contract for the Services with the successful Services Tenderer with possible subsequent contracts for a program of works forecast to be delivered over a nominal two-year period subject to the Services outcomes.
The intent of the Services are to assist the principal and owners engineer with the evolution of the design for the Mount Barker Sewer Trunk program.
The proposed program of work following the ECI Services is based on the following 5 x capital projects;
• Nairne-Hay Valley Recycled Water Stage 1
• Nairne Sewer Trunk Mains & Pump Stations Stage 1
• Mt Barker CBD Sewer Gravity Trunk Main
• Mt Barker Central Sector Sewer Gravity Trunk Main
• Mt Barker Eastern Sector Stages 2 & 3 Sewer Gravity Trunk Main
