Expression of Interest - Proposed Agistment of Limbri Recreation Reserve

⁠⁠⁠Tamworth Regional Council (Council) invites interested parties to lodge a detailed Expression of Interest for the agistment of the Limbri Recreation Reserve Recreation Ground Road LIMBRI NSW 2352 Lot 92 DP 755320 2.81ha.
The Expression of Intertest should include sufficient details to enable Council to fully understand the proposal.

SUBMISSION PROCEDURE:
Expressions of Interests may be lodged electronically at trc@tamworth.nsw.gov.au with subject line of ‘Proposed Agistment of Limbri Recreation Reserve’, or mailed to PO Box 555, Tamworth NSW 2340 or lodged in the Tender Box at the Tamworth City Library, 466 Peel Street Tamworth.

(Note: Under no circumstances are Expressions of Interest documents to be e-mailed to Council staff).

Please note that the lowest or any offer may not necessarily be accepted.
Canvassing or lobbying for the purpose of attempting to influence the impartial performance of the public duty of Councillors and Council staff will result in disqualification of the Expression of Interest. Council will only consider an Expressions of Interest transmitted to it by electronic means if the transmission was received before the Closing Date for the Expression of Interest and is complete.
Any delay or loss of data resulting from electronic equipment malfunction or unavailability is at the risk of the Interested Party.

CLOSING PROCEDURE:
Expressions of Interest close at 11am, Wednesday, 29 March 2023.
