Tender Description
Maintenance painting to selected areas throughout locations across all buildings on the Banyo Campus into three (3) packages of maintenance painting works and one (1) package of wall cleaning work.
Tender submission must include the a) pricing spreadsheet and b) signed Minor Works agreement, as a minimum.
Work programs are structured to minimize interuption to both occupants and vendors with the tender repsonse to state clearly the offer for Option A or/and Option B.
