From suitably qualified and experienced contractors for proposed construction works at St James Lutheran College, 138-172 Pantlins Ln, Hervey Bay QLD 4655.

The proposed works are a single storey Performance Hall, and include:

· Approx. 600 seat Performance Auditorium with a 90m2 stage and associated backstage.

· Green Room and Band Room Learning Spaces and Associated Storage

· Associated External Works, Landscaping and Covered Walkways.

The works are all to be constructed under a single contract. Contractors shall provide details of their experience in educational projects of a similar scale in the last 5 years and their ability to service this project.

Tenderers will be invited to tender during March and April 2023, with an anticipated commencement of construction works in late April 2023 and completion by January 2024, following a 5-week tender period.
