Tender Description
Expressions of interest are open for the Trainee Representative position on the AFOEM QLD-NT Regional Committee.
The AFOEM QLD-NT Committee is responsible for:
- developing and delivering region specific strategy and function as directed by the AFOEM Council
- developing and delivering regional training and learning activities to support local trainees and clinical supervisors
- developing and delivering local educational activities to meet the needs of local Fellows
- providing support to the state Director of Training in the education and training of regional trainees
- engaging with key stakeholders, health professionals and the community to promote the role Occupational and Environmental Medicine specialists in the region
- providing advice to Faculty Council in relation to the affairs of AFOEM within the Region
This position is open to all AFOEM Trainees residing in Queensland or the Northern Territory, Australia.
