P055 - R - Clarifier Sludge Suction Header

⁠⁠⁠Hamilton City Council is seeking tenders from suitably experienced parties for the Clarifier Sludge Suction Header Replacement project. The sucessful tenderer will be required to provide material and mechanical services to renew the clarifiers sludge suction header (suction arms), central sludge manifold and the flexible connectors.

The updated design is intended to improve performance of the sludge removal and pumping systems as well as the continued reliability of each clarifier. HCC have a programme to carry out suction header works each year from 2023 to 2027. This NZS3910:2013 contract is for the suction header replacement works associated with 1 clarifier per year as 5 separable portions.
