Scope of Work
RTIO is seeking to put in place a MSA with a pool of vendors to conduct Control and Protective Device (CAPD)/Proof testing and PLC audits in line with the maintenance schedule / intervals. Scheduling will be conducted done by site representatives.
Inclusions
The scope of work shall include, but shall not necessarily be limited to, the services as follows:
• Conducting CAPD/Poof testing on site and submission of test report
• CAPD/Proof testing documents will be supplied by RTIO
• Conducting PLC audit, this can be conducted off site, submission of test report
• Updating of defect sheet and sending to specified address, Defect sheet template will be provided by RTIO
• Monthly reporting of status of maintenance schedule
