Tender Description
This Market Call invites Proponents to provide a submission to develop new or existing accommodation that could cater for Government Office Accommodation with fit-out (new or existing refurbished), offering between 20,000m2 to 25,000m2 (NLA), available from 1 July 2026 in any location in the Adelaide CBD core or frame.
The Premises would be financed, designed and constructed by the private sector. Upon completion the State would enter into a long-term lease with the Proponent.
