Tender Description
UTS is seeking to modernise its enterprise network and maintain high reliability for its end users. This will predominantly involve moving to a 'Wireless by default, Wired by exception' network to enable the 2027 strategy and enhance user experience through improved mobility. In the future state, UTS will have moved to a network infrastructure with all possible endpoints connected by Wi-Fi with most desktop and laptop wired connections connecting to the network through Wi-Fi connections.
UTS is currently engaged in sourcing a suitable organization to provide professional services for the development of a technology vendor agnostic Network Strategic Direction that will guide effective industry engagement for UTS to move towards an optimal future state network model.
This RFQ seeks the services of a procurement consultancy to assist in industry engagement activity resulting from the strategic development work. The successful respondent will provide the necessary experience and expertise to effectively engage highly credentialed enterprise network market participants and, in collaboration with UTS, conduct relevant end-to-end procurement activities for each phase of the procurement program.
