Provision of a City of Swan public e-scooter scheme

⁠⁠⁠The Principal is seeking Expressions of Interest (EOI) from suitably experienced contractors to provide a public network of E-scooters within designated areas of the City of Swan.

A Response that is not lodged with the City before the EOI deadline will not be considered for evaluation. Responses lodged by hardcopy, email or facsimile will not be accepted.

After evaluating Responses to the EOI, the Principal may proceed to issue a Request for Tender to short-listed Respondents.

Canvassing of any City of Swan Councillors or Officers will disqualify Respondents from the EOI process.
