(4no raised GLA’s, amenities, verandah and carpark works).

Registration for expression of interest to tender should include the following:
List of works in the region (last 3 years), capability statement, credit references, staffing arrangements
Only a selected number of contractors will be invited to tender and the selection to be at the discretion of the proprietor.
