Tender Description
The Department of Education (DoE) is calling for tender submissions for the SSS Tuckshop Extension & Amenities Refurbishment at Shailer Park State School , located at 19 Bulwarna Street, Shailer Park QLD 4128, as part of the Smart School Subsidy (SSS) program.
The scope of works for the Tuckshop Extension comprises the extension and refurbishment of the existing tuckshop building including new floors, walls, electrical, hydraulic, metal works and the supply and install of new equipment. Works are to be complete July 2023.The scope of works for the Amenities Refurbishment comprises the internal refurbishment including new sanitary fixtures, new floors, paritions, metal work and associated hydraulic and electrical. Works are to be complete by June 2023.
Tender submissions will be accepted from contractors that meet the following requirements:
- Appropriate QBCC Builders licences to undertake the entire scope of works
- Professional Indemnity Insurance to the value of $ 1,000,000.00
