Tender Description

Hinchinbrook Shire Council invites tenders from suitably qualified tenderers to undertake Cristaldis Road Floodway Upgrade and Waterview Creek Scour Protection Upgrade as described in more detail in Part 5 – Scope. Council requires all work and final payment to be submitted prior to 30 May 2023.

 
The Works include but are not limited to
 
• Public Notification;
 
• Provision for traffic management (road to be closed and detour in place);
 
• Insurance, Fees;
 
• Pre-establishment;
 
• Provision of Quality Assurance Services to AS/ISO 9001;
 
• Preparation of Project Management Plan including Site EMP, WH&S etc;
 
• Implementation and monitoring of the Environmental Management Plan;
 
• Preparation, implementation and monitoring of Erosion and Sediment Control Plan;
 
• Testing;
 
• General Construction Survey;
 
• Temporary relocation of services (Telstra) on bridge for the duration of construction and reattaching to bridge;
 
• Removal and disposal of existing 675 RCP in accordance with environmental approvals;
 
• Supply and place rock pitching protection to base, sides of abutment and batter slops in accordance with DTMR STD Specification MRTS03;
 
• As-built survey to required format;
 
• Site cleaning; and
 
• Disestablishment.
