Licensed Plumbing, Gas and Drainage

⁠⁠⁠The Shire of Augusta Margaret River (Principal) is seeking tenders from suitably qualified and experienced parties for Licensed Plumbing, Gas & Drainage Services.

The Plumbing, Gas & Drainage requirements have been divided in to two separate geographical regions, North Region and South Region:
a) Licensed Plumbing, Gas & Drainage services (North).
b) Licensed Plumbing, Gas & Drainage services (South).

The Contractor shall undertake all necessary Plumbing, Gas & Drainage services within the timeframes set out by the Principal on an "as required basis". The Works include:
Scheduled maintenance, including manufactures' recommended servicing tasks.
Repairs scheduled or as arising.
Inspections, fault finding and testing as requested.
Emergency plumbing callouts when requested.
Inspection and servicing reports, maintenance schedule reports and fault-finding reports as requested.
Planned/programmed maintenance as requested.
Technical and advisory services in terms of Shire infrastructure and potential upgrade works.

Upgrade works, which includes:
improvements and upgrading to provide additional or new service capability or function to the asset;
upgrading to meet new statutory requirements;
refurbishments or replacements to extend the useful life of the building or asset; and
tasks to improve the security of the building or asset.
