HVAC Servicing and Maintenance (Air-Conditioning)

⁠⁠⁠The Shire of Augusta Margaret River (Principal) is seeking tenders from suitably qualified and experienced Parties For HVAC Servicing And Maintenance (Air-Conditioning).

The Contractor shall undertake all necessary Air-Conditioning services within the timeframes set out by the Principal on an "as required basis".
The Works include:

• Scheduled maintenance, including manufactures' recommended servicing tasks.
• Repairs scheduled or as arising.
• Inspections, fault finding and testing as requested.
• Emergency callouts when requested.
• Inspection and servicing reports, maintenance schedule reports and fault-finding reports as requested.
• Planned/programmed maintenance as requested.
• Technical and advisory services in terms of Shire infrastructure and potential upgrade works.

Upgrade works, which includes:

• improvements and upgrading to provide additional or new service capability or function to the asset;
• upgrading to meet new statutory requirements;
• refurbishments or replacements to extend the useful life of the building or asset; and
• tasks to improve the security of the building or asset.
