This procurement relates to the delivery of Toitū Te Hakapupu – The Pleasant River Catchment Restoration Project. One of the key deliverables for this project is to improve water quality and biodiversity by installing fences (up to60 km) and planting native trees (up to100,000) in riparian strips to reduce sediment loss to the rivers.

This ROI relates to the delivery of fencing installation services for the period between the commencement date of this contract and the 30th of June 2025.

- The ORC wishes to appoint Suppliers approved through the ROI process, to a fencing panel.
- Contractors on the fencing panel, can be approached by either private landowners and/or the Council to quote for and carry out fencing services for Toitū Te Hakapupu project.
- We are seeking suppliers that can demonstrate their capability and capacity to undertake fencing works, as per the weighted criteria set out in section 3.1.2 of this ROI.
- Successful suppliers of the ROI process will form part of a panel of approved suppliers.
- Appointment to the panel does not guarantee work.
