Tender Description
The Waimakariri District Council (Council) is seeking to install UV Disinfection plant in five on-demand water supply sites in the district. The total budget (including non-construction costs) for the work is $5.7 million and the headworks locations are:
• Peraki Street, Kaiapoi
• Darnley Square, Kaiapoi
• South Belt, Rangiora
• Domain Road, Oxford
• Pegasus
The project requires contractors with extensive expertise in the construction of water headworks infrastructure, ideally with experience in UV treatment. This invitation for Registration of Interest (ROI) is the first step in the process to select suitable contractors to deliver this project. It is intended that the project will be tendered as three contract packages, with tenders invited from a shortlist of approximately five contractors selected from responses to this ROI process.
