Supply & Delivery of Bulk Water Treatment Chemicals

⁠⁠⁠Single Source per Council per Category Tender for the Supply & Delivery of Bulk Water Treatment Chemicals to the following Councils;

• Bogan Shire
• Bourke Shire
• Brewarrina Shire
• Central Darling Shire
• Coonamble Shire
• Cobar Shire
• Gilgandra Shire
• Warren Shire
• Walgett Shire

on an 'as required' basis for a period of 24 months from 1 July 2023 to 30 June 2025 with provision for a 12-month option as stated in Clause 2.3 of the General Conditions of Contract.

INVITATION: Any person/company willing to fulfil the requirements of the proposed contract is invited to submit a tender to Regional Procurement via the Electronic Tender Box (see option below) before the deadline at 10.00am on Tuesday 14 March 2023.

Tenderers must ensure they follow the Instructions and Lodgement Method in the Invitation to Tender document. Responsibility for lodgement of completed tender documents by the deadline lies solely with the Tenderer.

Tenderers are advised that participating councils are not bound to accept the lowest Tender or any Tender submitted.
