Tender Description
The Department of Transport and Main Roads, RoadTek is seeking offers to establish a Standing Offer Arrangement (SOA) with Registered Training Organisations for the provision of accredited training for civil construction workers in multiple qualifications and multiple units of competency.
RoadTek is a Business Unit within the Department of Transport and Main Roads, assists in providing transport infrastructure solutions, including construction and maintenance services, to enable TMR to deliver government priorities and community outcomes. RoadTek’s operations are located across the state providing services to most regional and remote locations.
RoadTek is seeking offers to provide training and assessment services in a minimum of two Certificate III RII30920 specialisations plus a minimum of one of the Certificate IV qualifications listed below.

Stream 2: Bridge Construction & Maintenance
Stream 4: Road Construction & Maintenance
Stream 5: Road Marking
Stream 7: Timber Bridge Construction & Maintenance
Stream 8: Traffic Management

- RII30820 Certificate III Civil Construction Plant Operations
- RII40720 Certificate IV Civil Construction (Supervision stream)
- BSB40520 Certificate IV in Leadership and Management
- BSB41419 Certificate IV in Work Health & Safety
The Successful Offeror must have the ability to conduct a verification of competency assessment service (for operators of mobile plant).
