This Request for Proposal (RFP) is an invitation to suitably qualified suppliers to submit a Proposal for the Research Outputs Repository (Institutional Repository) Project contract opportunity. We have previously completed a RFI process in November 2021.

This RFP relates to the purchase of new Institutional Repository (Research Output platform), along with the required professional development, training, and knowledge transfer services. The key outcomes that we want to achieve are:

• Have a new functional research Outputs repository system.

• Have updated procedures and processes to manage the research outputs.

• Increase the quantity of the Institutional Repository & Public Access content which positively impacts the UoO's reputation and International Ranking.

• Increase compliance with funding requirements.

• Support compliance of the PBRF Quality Evaluation processes.

• Increase UoO's ability to capture intellectual assets (Institutional Research Memory).

• Increase efficiency and productivity of Library and PBRF/Publications teams
