The purpose of this Expression of Interest (EOI) is to communicate UTS high level requirements for suitable Suppliers/Consultants to undertake the architectural services currently available in the market and review them against UTS requirements. UTS intends to collect sufficient information during the course of this EOI on Respondents experience, insurances, technical capability and capacity and professional qualifications. As a result of this EOI, UTS will identify appropriate suppliers for invitation to a more detailed 'Request for Tender' (RFT) process.

 

An award will not be made as a result of this EOI process. UTS may, in its absolute discretion and sole judgement, accept or decline any EOI and consequently the offering of any RFT to any individual or Company. Lodgement of an EOI does not result in any contract, commitment or obligation from either party being established.

 

An EOI does not require any pricing information. If invited, the Supplier will provide their pricing in any subsequent RFT. Instead, an EOI:

- Sets out UTS's requirements including specification of the services, panel arrangements and other considerations;

- Invites Respondents to detail their experience and capability in supplying the required services.

- Requests the Respondents provide compliance information on their WHS management systems and applicable Insurances.

- Confirm their financial stability and legal capacity.
