Tender Description

⁠⁠⁠WSC is requesting quotes for supply of construction services to the community of Wagait Beach, on the Cox Peninsula NT. In addition to regular building services, WSC is seeking a vendor who will be proactive in minimising the costs of construction and delivering the product in a professional and environmentally responsible manner.

 
It is anticipated the supply of construction services will commence in February-March 2023 and be completed within a month.
 
Key Works Criteria
 
Supply of materials and construction services to build to the design specifications attached, including:
 
a. Concrete slab and ramp
b. External cladding for walls
c. External shade awnings
d. Sliding-doors and roller-doors
e. Internal fans, lights and power-points
