Tender Description
The City of Norwood Payneham & St Peters has established an Audit & Risk Committee to operate in accordance with Section 126 of the Local Government Act 1999.
The Council is seeking expressions of interest for the appointment of three Independent Specialist Members to the Audit & Risk Committee. Appointments will initially be made for a two year term.
Interested candidates should possess qualifications and/or experience in:
Accounting, Finance and/or Economics.
Governance.
Risk Management.
Whilst not mandatory, preference will be given to candidates who possess a sound knowledge of the operations of Local Government.
Independent Members are entitled to receive $440 per meeting attended. The Committee meets quarterly.
