Tender Description

⁠⁠⁠The Queensland Curriculum and Assessment Authority (QCAA) is seeking suitably experienced evaluators to conduct and independent program evaluation of the Queensland Certificate of Education (QCE) system. The evalutors will review the development and implementation of the new QCE system to assess its efficacy and make recommendations for future improvements.

The engagement will include appropriate consultation with the QCAA, relevant education stakeholders and the wider community. The evaluation will be overseen by the QCAA and reported to stakeholders upon completion.

To respond to this Invitation to Offer, it is a requirement that submissions are made by completing and submitting Part B - Contract Details and Part C - Response Schedules by the closing date and time specified in Part A - Section 1.3 and 1.12 and in accordance with Part A - Section 1.13, Invitation to Offer Conditions.
