Tender Description
The South Australian Commission (SATC) is seeing an experienced supplier to provide labour services for the above event. The required services compromises of administrative and payroll services to support the short-term hire of event specific labour/roustabout staff. The SATC will provide the specific individuals, contact details, negotiated pay rate, rosters, job descriptions, scope of works etc. to the Service Provider.
The Service Provider must provide the following (this is not a conclusive list):
- Online timesheet & payroll management system accessible 24/7 by both the individual event staff and SATC.
- Listing of Award rates applicable to labour and hospitality
- A complete itemised breakdown of costs (wages, Super, Payroll tax, Admin fees etc)
- Weekly pay period, electronic payslips and group certificates
- Super, Work Cover and associated insurances
- GDPR Compliance
