Tender Description
JLL on behalf of Services Australia is seeking a highly qualified and experienced cafe operator to enter into Licence Agreements for the operation of cafe and catering services located at:
1. 25 Cowlishaw Street, Greenway ACT 2900 (Louisa Lawson Building/s) NLA: 131sqm
2. 57 Athllon Drive, Greenway ACT 2900. (Caroline Chisholm Centre) NLA: 358.81sqn
3. 134 Reed Street North, Greenway ACT 2900. NLA 43.2
4. 18 Canberra Ave, Forrest ACT 2603. (Doris Blackburn Building/s) NLA 36.8
The Licence term will be Three (3) years with One (1) x two (2) year options
The RFP closes on the Friday 3rd March 2023.
